Olive Branch Soap respects your privacy! We do not sell, rent, or give your information to anyone! Period. We don't like getting spam and junk mail. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted and transmitted using Secure Socket Layers.
Payments Payments in US funds can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express), Paypal or checks. Cash is accepted in person only. After we receive your order thru our website, we will manually adjust for any discounts and shipping. If paying by Paypal, we will send you a Paypal invoice. Returned Checks
Returns Due to the handcrafted, natural aspect of our products, we are unable to accept order returns, issue refunds or credits. If upon receipt of your soap order you find it verifiably defective in manufacture, contact us immediately (within five days) so we can instruct you from there. Soap will need to be inspected by us to determine condition. Keep in mind that our soaps are handmade and no two bars ever look exactly alike. We stand behind our products 100% and YOUR total satisfaction is always our goal! We do not take products back because a customer would prefer an alternate scent than what they already ordered. Shipping/Handling Policy We ship worldwide via USPS Priority Mail from Naples Florida. Hate inflated shipping charges?? So do we!! Within the US, we can ship up to 6 bars of soap for $5.00 in a flat rate priority mail envelope. Combinations of other products will also fit! Outside the US, the flat rate shipping charge is $11.00! For larger orders or orders with candles we will use flat rates boxes whenever possible....and you pay exact shipping charges If you enter the wrong shipping address you may incur additional shipping charges.
